View of the terrace from the library. The furniture is teak from Thailand and the terrace was made of local bathstone. This terrace is the entrance to the formal Rose Garden filled with examples of 18th and 19th Century roses. It is one of three terraces planned to overlook the three ponds done in Japanese style.
