The contemporary furniture for this room was made in Bangkok, copying Regency chairs. The pair of consoles are Chinese lemon wood alter tables. Three of a series of twelve, rare Chinese scrolls of the Yao period, were framed in red lacquer. Red is the dominate color throughout the entire room.
